
I made a colorful bean salad. This is a good carbohydrate and protein balanced dish.
2 cups white beans
1/2 cup green peas
2 diced tomatoes
1/4 sliced onion
2 stalks chopped celery
2 tbs roasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup sushi vinegar
pinch of salt and pepper
Combine all the ingredients.
